If a nursing pin breaks just send it back and we will repair or replace it.

Blue and Yellow Diamonds are color enhanced.  Pink Diamonds are either color enhanced or color treated (treated is a coating process).  These processes are guaranteed for life, so if you have any issues, we will gladly replace the stones.

Return Policy

• Online purchases may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in new and unworn condition, packaged in original gift box. Please include a copy of the packing list or invoice.  Engraved items and special order items cannot be returned.
• A refund of the price, and any applicable taxes, will be issued in the original form of payment used to purchase the item.
• Shipping costs will not be refunded.
• A Return Authorization (RA) should be on the outside of the box.  Return Authorizations (RA) can be acquired by emailing us at NursingPin@gmail.com
